An exhibition at the White Cube Hoxton Square presents the “Most Wanted” on view on 28 January 2011 until 05 March 2011 showcasing the latest works of Richard Philips. His “Most Wanted” pop art portrait painting includes 10 of the most popular celebrity stars in American television, music, and cinema with red-carpet expressions in luxury brand backdrops. The lineup consist of Robert Pattinson, Leonardo DiCaprio, Taylor Swift , Zac Efron, Miley Cyrus, Justin Timberlake, Dakota Fanning, Kristen Stewart, Chace Crawford, and Taylor Momsen.

Richard Philips glowing pop art portraits in oil painting reminds us of the Northern Renaissance painters. With reference to Richard Bernstein’s illustrations from Interview magazine, every portrait features a striking halo in dazzling color.
